Delivery Times
If we have your car mats in stock, they will be dispatched through Royal Mail Tracked within 24 hours of us receiving your order. In the event that we do not have the mats you ordered in stock and we have to put in an order with our supplier, please allow for anything up to ten working days (including delivery) for your mats to be delivered.
If an order is placed after close on Friday or at any stage over the weekend, it will not be dispatched or ordered from our supplier until Monday, making Tuesday the first working day. PLEASE NOTE A BANK HOLIDAY IS NOT CONSIDERED A WORKING DAY.
When your goods have been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details, it is then your responsibility to track your item. If you require any help in doing this, please get in contact and we will be happy to help.

Returns
Returns are accepted within seven days of receipt of your items and under the following conditions:  If your mats are faulty, we will refund you the total amount of money you paid to us. If it is a case of the mats being the wrong shade of the colour you ordered, another cosmetic reason or so on; we will refund you the cost of the mats only, minus the postage paid.  It is your responsibility to return items to us. We may require photographic evidence if you are returning faulty mats.
When returned goods are received by us, your refund will be given to you within a maximum of fourteen working days and an email sent to you to let you know the refund has been processed.  If you wish to, you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of goods made to your specification or clearly personalized). Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may return them up to 7 working days.
