Due to the amount of different carpet / colour/ edging options we have on offer, most of our mats are now made to order, so we ask that you allow up to a maximum of 10 working days for delivery of mats (delivery rarely takes this length of time). Please note a signature is required and a card will be left by the courier if you are not in when delivery is attempted, you will be able to re-arrange the delivery either by phone or online for a time that suits.
If an order is placed after close on Friday or at any stage over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday, making Tuesday the first working day. PLEASE NOTE A BANK HOLIDAY IS NOT CONSIDERED A WORKING DAY. Tracking numbers are available upon request, please leave it until roughly the 5th - 7th working day before contacting us requesting your tracking number. ORDERS
We must receive payment for the total price of the goods (including delivery) before we process your order. When an order is placed, you should receive an automatic confirmation email, if for any reason you do not receive this email, please check in amongst your junk mail, if it is not there, please let us know and we will send you one through. If you email us 5 - 7 working days after your order was placed, we should have a tracking number ready for you.

LIABILITY
If the goods you receive are not what you ordered or have been damaged, please notify us either by email or in writing at our contact address within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will sort the problem out for you, for example by repairing or replacing the damaged / incorrect goods.
SECURITY
Tailored Car Mats work together with Sage Pay to make sure the information you provide us with when placing your order is encrypted before transmission via the web, this means if another internet user was to attempt to intercept the communication, they would only see it in its encrypted form.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel the contract with us for the goods ordered at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from receipt of the goods; we must be notified by email. You must send the goods back unused, in the original packaging, at your own cost and risk.
If you wish to cancel your contract and the goods have already been processed for delivery, do not unpack the goods when they are received by you and return them to us as soon as possible to the address supplied, at your own cost and risk.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any money taken for the goods will be re-credited to your card as soon as possible, provided the goods are returned by you in the condition they were delivered to you. Delivery charges where applicable are non-refundable.
If your mats have already been made and you decide you want to cancel the order, we may have to charge you a re-stocking fee.
ORDERS, RETURNS AND FAULTS
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as “incorrect shade / colour” or “unhappy with pile”, or so on, the goods can only be returned under the following conditions:
• The goods must be fully re-saleable and in original packaging and must be returned at the customers expense, the cost of the goods only will be refunded.
If you have any issues with the mats received, for example if you think they may be faulty, or do not fit the foot wells of your car, we need to see images of the mats received and also images of the mats in the car, which can be emailed to info@tailored-carmats.co.uk.
If the mats are found to be faulty we will send you out a replacement set at no additional cost and will advise you what to do with the faulty mats.
If you make a mistake when placing your order, for example, ordering the incorrect set of mats or the incorrect colour, please notify us within 24 hours, as if the order has been processed, we may have to charge extra to modify the order.
Returns are only accepted up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods.Please make sure that returned goods are packaged properly and an appropriate method of return used. Remember all returned goods are at your own risk and cost. You must contact us by email before you return the mats to us. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you.
All modified products, such as our red and pink carpet and a different coloured trim than the mat ordered are classed as a custom order and do not follow the distance selling regulations. Where custom ordered goods are not faulty but the customer wishes to return them such as "Not the correct colour", "Disappointed with the carpet pile" or for any other reason, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the custom order, due to non-resalable goods.
Please be careful when selecting your mats, it is essential that you order the correct mats for the year / registration of your vehicle. If you are unsure of which mats you need to order for your car, please contact us and we will help you with this. If the incorrect mats are ordered, you will have to stand the postage both ways and also the postage if you are looking a replacement set sent out, as well as a 25% - 30% handling fee.
Money Back Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your mats or wish to return them, you can do so. Please note that the money back guarantee does not apply to customised mats, or mats which have been made with a contrasting colour trim. Please note, the money back guarantee applies to the cost of the mats only, it does not include any postage costs.
