If you are unhappy with your mats or wish to return them, you can do so.  Please note that the money back guarantee does not apply to customized mats, or mats which have been made with a contrasting colour trim.  The money back guarantee applies to the actual cost of the mats only; it does not include any postage costs.

Returns

Returns are only accepted up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods.

Please make sure that returned goods are packaged properly and an appropriate method of return used. Remember all returned goods are at your own risk and cost.  You must contact us by email before you return the mats to us.  Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you.
All modified products, such as our red and pink carpet and a different coloured trim than the mat ordered are classed as a custom order and do not follow the distance selling regulations. Where custom ordered goods are not faulty but the customer wishes to return them such as "Not the correct colour", "Disappointed with the carpet pile" or for any other reason, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the custom order, due to non-resalable goods.
