The Vauxhall Astra has had a subtle facelift, but big changes underneath.
Vauxhall has facelifted the Astra, the Astra car is a long-established favourite and sits alongside cars such as the VW Golf, Audi A3 and Ford Focus. 2019 sees Vauxhall gives the Astra a facelift with some subtle improvements which they claim improve aerodynamics, plus updates to the chassis. The interior, however, is staying the same meaning that things such as 2019 Astra car mats will still be the same from pre-facelift models.
The biggest change with the new lineup is the choice of available engines with a new range of turbo-diesel and petrol offerings. These include a 3 cylinder 1.2 or 1.4 petrol unit from power output from 108 bhp up to 143 bhp, whilst the diesel option is a 1.5 litre with either 104 bhp or 120bhp options.
