SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Tailored Car Mats all our mats are made to order, and the despatch time varies depending on what options you choose. Carpet (excluding Prestige) usually takes 5 working days, at busy times it can be up to 7 working days. Prestige carpet takes up to 10 working days. Rubber takes up to 7 working days.

Once your order has been despatched we will aim to send you the tracking details on the day of despatch, sometimes the day after.

Your order will be sent tracked with Royal Mail, large mats or heavy-duty rubber will be sent using Hermes. If you order 2 items or more then they will probably be shipped separately and may arrive on different days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping.

RETURNS

We offer no-quibble returns within 60 days of purchase.

Please contact us if you have any issue with an item you ordered, or have simply changed your mind and wish to return your order.

We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days of the item being received back with us.

We will not reimburse return costs.
