We require full payment upon receipt of your order. We will only process and manufacture orders once cleared payment has been received. Please ensure all information on your order is correct including all contact details for future communication.
Following receipt of an order and payment, a confirmation email will be issued. Our mats are made to order and can take up to 10 working days to be manufactured. (See Delivery & Returns Policy)
Our Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or find you have ordered the incorrect product for your car, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve your query or arrange for you to return the item to us where required. Always contact us prior to returning an item.
Please note, with regard to any returned items. The company does not cover the cost of any return postage unless pre-agreed, we provide a pre-paid returns label for RoyalMail as per our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Upon receipt of your returned goods. We will issue the agreed refund to your account within 3 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you would like to upgrade your car mats once received, please contact us to make arrangements to return your item and request a suitable replacement.
